Session 1: Resume & Job Search Strategy
We’ll start by fine-tuning your resume to highlight your strengths for international schools, crafting a tailored application strategy, and identifying the best job search platforms and networks. Together, we’ll develop a clear roadmap for where and how to focus your search based on your career goals and lifestyle preferences. Includes up to 10 free and current job leads at international schools around the world. 

Session 2: Interview Prep & Contract Review
In this session, we’ll prepare you for interviews with international schools, covering the unique expectations and cultural differences you may encounter. I’ll provide mock interviews, answer your questions, and give feedback on your responses. We’ll also review the fine details of potential contracts to ensure you fully understand the terms and conditions, from salary to benefits and housing allowances.

Session 3: Moving & Settling Abroad Tips
Once you've secured the job, we’ll dive into practical advice for making your move as smooth as possible. I’ll share tips and resources on everything from visa applications and housing searches to setting up banking, healthcare, and managing life in a new culture. We’ll also discuss strategies for adjusting to life abroad, maintaining your well-being, and thriving in your new role.
